I have downloaded the file but it was not opening?

The download page shows it as 0 bytes instead of 3.5mb. It also shows it as a zip file (and it cannot be opened in Win 10).

the document attached in this topic downloads as a PDF file
mac OS and CHROME

When I tell somebody to RTFM or STFW I usually have the page open in another tab/window of my browser,
so that I am sure that the information requested can be reached with a very small effort 8-)
