GNP call first with out using GN?

Hi,

Can we issue GNP call first with out using GN/GU call before?

How can you issue a get next within parent if you do not have a parent? Think about it.

As Nic has indicated - no, you can't do that. If you try to do that - you'll get status code "GP" - No parentage established.
