This post - viewtopic.php?f=62&t=2152&view=unread#unread - keeps on appearing in Recent Topics despite my having read it at least twice since the last post was made.
If you click on the topic title it says that the topic is not found but it is found if you click on the unread posts icon. The topic was originally posted in "You are a Guest" but was moved to the COBOL forum. I suspect that something went wrong with the move.
It will not go away!

Re: It will not go away!
The "Topic author" for that topic started as a guest and later registered as a member. As he was a member now and there were suggestion on COBOL, moving to COBOL part sounded like a right choice. But I also suspect that moving it from guest part did went wrong. I also left the shadow topic in the guest part.
I'll check and see if I can identify something to solve your concern.
Edit:
You said, Recent Topics! My mind anticipated it as "Active Topics". Can you please use click on "mark forums read", just below the Recent Topics, on the right. Refresh page and see if it goes away. At my end, I don't see it in "Recent Topics".
