Re: SAS installation and customization on zOS
did You care to google with ( for example ) sas zos installation and customization ?
or to search directly support.sas.com
if Your organization is licensed for SAS all the relevant information should be readily available asking Your support group

When I tell somebody to RTFM or STFW I usually have the page open in another tab/window of my browser,
so that I am sure that the information requested can be reached with a very small effort

Re: SAS installation and customization on zOS
This is DEFINITELY not a forum question -- it should be raised to SAS Institute. The answer partly depends upon the version of SAS being installed, as SAS has changed their installation method a number of times. Furthermore, there are some site-specific customizations to be done, and different SAS products (BASE, STATS, ETS, etc.) have installation steps that may modify the basic process.
Again, you need to work with SAS Institute for your question. I've never had any problems with their support.
