This is a general doubt on Outlook.

Outlook in my organisation is allowing to store only 90days of mails. Once it crosses 90 days it's getting deleted and not available. Is there any easy way to backup those mails?

You might want to talk to your site-support group for outlook, to get the .pst files stored for you. Or you may do it yourself if you've the admin access.
