JD:
1. Experience: 3-5 Yrs 
Mandatory Skills: Testing, Mainframe, Test Management Tool, Banking, Quality center
* Able to support Test lead/Sr Tester in requirements analysis, strategy, Test Plan
* Support in estimation
* Trace ability between requirements and test cases
* Prepare and maintain test cases
* Execute test cases and capture results in Quality Center or any other test management tool.
* Log defects
* Report test status to TM/TL
* Support in data collection for test metrics.
* Ability to perform Mainframe testing - CICS/DB2/JCL

2. Experience: 5-8 Yrs
Mandatory Skills: Testing, Mainframe, CICS, DB2, JCL, Quality Center, Banking
* Strong working experience in Mainframe Testing
* Perform detailed requirements analysis
* Support in test strategy and estimations
* Prepare Test Plan
* Should be able to understand and support in Testing scope within timelines and quality.
* Prepare Test traceability between requirements and test cases
* Allocate tasks to testing team, monitor and guide the team
* Conduct test case/plan walkthroughs as needed
* Manage Test data need of the team
* Should be able to support TM/TL for defect management
* Status reporting and test metrics reporting
* Identify potential risks and issues and report.
* Prepare scenarios/test cases and perform execution
