In a new project we've recently got an email that we are upgraded to CICS v3.1. Is not it out of support? I looked at here: http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.w ... wg21154953

That means our company is way behind the new version?

CICS Transaction Server for z/OS V3.1 was announced on November 30, 2004. It went out of service December 31, 2015 per http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.w ... wg21154953 . After 3.1 there was 3.2, 4.1, 4.2, 5.1, 5.2, 5.3 and the just announced (June 2017) 5.4 -- so your organization is pretty far back on CICS releases. There may be some reasons for that (you'd have to check with your organization) but there's a lot of new stuff between 3.1 and 5.4.
