Hi,
In my new project which is a new client they are using Fusion tool in mainframe for FTP. Most of the times the report file is very big, they zip it first using PKZIP and then call a PROC which is for Fusion. In that there is a program written for Fusion which is used to append the date and time to the file sent to windows. I found this very different as changing the Fusion program is a tedious job. I have asked why do you do this it this way and they have been using it this way always.
I used many other methods to append the date and time. does someone has any experience with Fusion utility and know which might be obvious but not known.
