1. ACM (Advanced Case Manager) 5.2.1 solution development experience
2. ACM 5.2.1 Widget development experience
3. FileNet BPM development experience
4. Java development experience
5. Leadership Experience (must have handled teams in the past)
6. Finance Industry Domain
7. Good Communication Skills
Nice to have:
1. ICN 2.0.3 Plugin development experience
2. FileNet CPE experience
3. FileNet/ACM 5.2.1 API development experience
4. Unix/Linux working knowledge
5. WebSphere basic administration experience
