Hide records in VSAM

Hi I need small help

I have approved and suspended accounts in DB2 table and same is present in VSMA dataset. Now some consumer need only approved account and we should not allow them to see suspended accounts. So in table I achieved through views But how do we achieve same in VSAM?

Any help is highly appreciated.

How is VSAM exposed to users? What do they use to access it?
