Hi,
Can anyone share the JCL for taking backup of all files in any region before testing?

You should provide us with a lot more information - however, to start with - do you've a given HLQ for the datasets in that region? If yes, run an IKJEFT01 to get a list of all the DSNs with that HLQ, run another step to create a n datasets as back-up of them all individually.
