Hello,
I've asked this question several times to myself while traveling around the world and working for the different bosses and companies -- what’s better, to work for a bad boss at a good company or a good boss at a weak company?
What is your say on this?
What’s better?

Re: What’s better?
probably a bad boss in a good company (*)
there is always some kind of nemesis
the bad boss will disappear and the good company will stay
if the company is good sooner or later somebody will realize the boss misbehavior
I am not sure about a weak company
(*) it is a sure incentive to hone Your report writing skills to cover Your ***

Re: What’s better?
But if you are in start of your career -- would not it be good to have a good boss (to learn from)?
Thanks,

Re: What’s better?
It depends upon the individual:
Having having a bad boss you know how to react towards things and good boss mentors in how to act towards things

Re: What’s better?
I was in a big (very big) company and left it because of a bad boss -- many other too, after me, left the organisation.
The point is there are many other big companies and may be just may be - -you get the good combination there -- a good boss along with a good company - yes/no?
