compiled in Changeman by using precompilation option it's showing maxcc=9?

I have COBOL Db2 program,when I compiled in Changeman by using precompilation option it's showing maxcc=9 why

With that much information, there is a very slim chance to help you - is there anything else you can share across, like the logs from failed Job?
