Could anyone please help me in guiding that what are the frequently or mostly asked Mainframe interview questions for someone 3.5+ years experienced? Any help in this regard is highly appreciated.

How does JESMSGLG, JESJCL and JESYSMSG differs from each for a particular job? JESJCL shows the JCL but other two seems to convey the same thing? Is there any reason that they are categorized differently?
