Is there any program that can take backup of datasets with wild Card Eg. : all dataset started with imsx1.dcs1.* should be backed up in a single go? Can you please advise on this.

I've experience is with Oracle testing and will need to do mainframe testing now. How should I get started ? Should I start with learning COBOL, JCL, DB2 ?
