Thanks. That is correct way. Though in my previous company they would automatically cancel such test jobs, how have they achieved it? I asked this to someone from that company but I could not get an answer.

I came to know that they are using ZIP390 only and not PKZIP. The site support group had not had answer to the question about the message and asked to contact the vendor. I could not get the contact yet.

Hi,
A job was abended in production. The reason was that COBOL internal table was overlowed. We are not using SSRANGE in production. It is told it is standard. In my last compnay also we were not using SSRANGE in production. Why it is not allowed, what is wrong with this option?

Most of the time, a connection is made to a particular CICS region because it has the resources (programs, files, transactions) defined for the application. Connecting to a different CICS region would make absolutely no sense if these resources are not available to the different region. If the reso...
