Are they really hiring? Keep on seeing this message.. No interview or no calls, simply rejects profiles or asking to join in same or less package? What are they up to?

True. They are putting status as “not selected” without even interview. And status is showing as interview attended and not selected.

If Interview is happened and selected then they put that position on hold

I am not sure if it's only for mainframes or for other technologies also?
