Hi everyone,
One of my friend is planning to restart her career. She worked as a mainframe developer before 7 yrs.. any suggestions to help her restart her career in mainframe or else some other domain.. thanks in advance.

You might want to look at the J P Morgan Chase' career page. They have posted a similar requirement lately. I don't have the link handy right now though.

I've been through the process of restarting a career after a break, and updating my resume was one of the hardest parts. Hiring systems like ATS can filter out resumes before anyone even sees them, and I didn't know how to handle that at first.
What worked for me was getting professional help to rewrite my resume. It made a big difference in getting noticed. So that's what I recommend to others.
