When I tell somebody to RTFM or STFW I usually have the page open in another tab/window of my browser,
so that I am sure that the information requested can be reached with a very small effort 8-)

Yes, I use it occasionally. How does that help, as Enrico mentioned? Perhaps you'd like to provide further clarification
Thanks,
Anuj

Reading my question myself now it does sound vague but my idea of asking was that for us we are kind of really forcing others to use it. What was the way to make users use it? As most of them complain that they like green screens.

from the IBM url of IBM DEVELOPER
IBM Developer for z/OS® (IDz) is a modern and robust toolset designed for developing and maintaining IBM z/OS applications using DevOps practices. It enables you to deliver more work faster, with improved quality and greater agility.
implementing IDz is not like changin a dumb editor
and it is normally a corporate decision

if corporate has decided to go for IDz nothing you or the other employees can do to avoid it

topic locked to prevent useless speculations
