Mainframe, MVS and zOS Discussion

Hello,

I have a situation where a few transactions hit timeouts under load. What settings or code patterns have given you the most relief in such cases? Thanks in advance for your help and insights.

What kind of timeouts are they getting?   AICA abends?  Deadlock abends?   That matters.
