User abend code 4093 reason code 00000034 Means what?

Module has been compiled, Linked Correctly. Cobol db2 program, Taking unload from table . What can cause it?

The 4093 means LE had an issue. From the LE abend codes:

X'34' (52)
A language-specific event handler returned to initialization with a feedback code, causing immediate termination.

Since initialization is having problems, see if there's enough REGION specified.
