CA: Reconnect CICS virtual service connections after CICS recycle

When CICS regions get recycled, the service information stored on CICS is lost and consumers calling LISA CICS virtual services will get an error.  The only solution to the current issue is to do one of three manual processes:1.     Recycle the VSE service on the Windows server running the VSE2.     Redploy the LISA CICS virtual service to the VSE3.     Stop and then Start each CICS virtual service in the VSE We opened a problem ticket with CA and they suggested creating a feature request (CA Support Request 21836858 01 - !-CICS RESTART - VSE RESTART) We would like to see the CICS agent reconnect with the VSE server to pull down the LISA service information in CICS so that consumers are not impacted by CICS restarts.
