ERROR MESSAGE IEC190I INVALID DCBE: DCBE ID IS NOT 'DCBE'
Can someone help me how to resolve this error

You cannot "resolve this error" because it is NOT an error. IBM messages end with a character that identifies the type of message -- the ending I on your message means that it is INFORMATIONAL; errors end with E and warnings end with W. You can also have S (severe) and D (disastrous) message ending characters.
