TODCONV is a subroutine called in the READSMF programs listed here: [url=http://www.ibm-mainframes.com/viewtopic.php?f=102&t=1990:3nysa7c6]READSMF v1.0[/url:3nysa7c6]. TODCONV takes an 8-byte clock value (where bit 51 represents 1 microsecond) and converts it to date / time for the COBOL program. These clock values are used in various SMF records.
