Hi,
We have Fusion Jobs which send across the files from mainframe to fusion server. Many time we get the space issue on the server and because of that Fusion jobs abend. Is there a way we can know that the space or server is not adequate and the Fusion step can be skipped? Or is there any other way we can avoid the abend?
Space notification on the fusion server.

This is not a mainframe issue. You need to contact the vendor for Fusion and ask your questions of them. Their API may include something to do what you want, and they can tell you about the API. From the mainframe standpoint, there is no issue since the jobs can run (on the mainframe) without any problems.

Hi Robert,
I shall check with the vendor. Though I don't know how to do that? I am an application programmer and we are not allowed to reach out vendors directly as far as I know.
But does such tool provide such options, in general? Do you know?

Re: Space notification on the fusion server.
I've never worked with the product so I have no idea of its capabilities.

Binamra, you work with the product so you, or someone in your organisation, will have access to the manuals.
