Hi,
What tools are in use to make the testing automated on mainframes? Could you please share with me your experience and tools you might have used. Or you would like to suggest some of the tools.
Any help is appreciated.

Re: Automating testing in mainframes.
Compuware (now part of BMC) has Hiperstation which is automated load, performance, and integration testing software. I don't know if it can be used for batch testing, but at a previous employer I used it for CICS testing and it performs very well with CICS.
I think you need to clarify somewhat -- "automating testing on mainframes" could mean CICS, or IMS, or DB2, or MQ Series, or batch -- and each of these would have different requirements for testing software.
