Hi mainframe people,
I have 2 offers one from FIS and Genpact. Genpact is giving me 3 Lakhs higher than what FIS is offering. Which one should I join please help me?
Any guidance will help a lot.

both posting and answering questions asking for advice about choosing which job offer to take
is the most dumb thing that anybody with a bit of brain could do
what makes You ( TS ) sure that people answering have the proper background knowlege needed to give the right advice

I am fine asking that question. I just need opinion. I will do my research also and doing.
