Question on TCS base location.

Hi,

If TCS project is in chennai and they are giving base location as Gurgaon as employee also in Gurgaon .... Does it mean we need to go to chennai in future??

What power employee hold here just in case in future..?? Please someone help to give their insight about tcs on such scenario
