Hi,
If you are on bench in TCS, then is it mandatory to get project in 2-3 months else TCS will ask you to put papers.. Please

This is pretty standard for contracting agencies. When I was a contractor for McDonnell-Douglas back in 1989 - 1990, once benched we had about 30 days to get on another project or we were out.

Look at the flip side also - you're in a job so you should ideally have a project, yes? Thinking that you can answer your own question. With any company if you are on bench longer than anticipated, it's not good. For TCS, it's good that you get in touch with RMG and get yourself aligned. Good Luck!
