One of my close friends has resigned from TCS and at times she regrets it. Do you also regret resigning from TCS, if you ever worked with them?

TCS is one of the best companies for females in India. It gives you a lot of work like balance. But pay wise it is not that good. If you have office near by to your home, it is good to join this company. Nearly every city in India has a TCS office anyways.

TCS is a great company for females and I agree. If you want to go to onsite and than stay there, it can work for some but not necessarily everyone gets an onsite.
One of my known regrets leaving TCS because of the time you could get for your passions while working there. With other companies it's like a donkey work in IT.
