Can Anyone tell me how to extract data from the vsam file using jcl sort?

I'm not sure if this is a trick question? As you'd work with VSAM and sort product, just like any other QSAM.

Sorry, I have never used SORT with VSAM. My senior told me to use IDCAMS but one of my colleague said it's easy with SORT.

Googling sort with vsam returns about 174,000 hits and will tell you what you want to know.
