Hi,
I am not sure where can I ask this questions directly. If it does not belong here please help me where should I post it. My question is, that if ADABAS comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard? And as such can be used for such applications?

Re: ADABAS comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards?
Have you tried the vendor's website or asked your security people or you in-house Adabas support?
Generally, it is not the database security that is the be-all-and-end-all of security but the software nevironment around it - security software e.g. racf, firewalls, coding standards, employee vetting etc.

ADABAS is used with PCI-compliant applications, so the underlying data base itself is compliant. However, the application may -- or may not -- be compliant depending on the various details.
