Do we have the concept of REORG in IMS DB same as in DB2? Does it have the same impact on the dataase? How do we do REORG in IMS DB? Please guide me on this.

When I tell somebody to RTFM or STFW I usually have the page open in another tab/window of my browser,

I searched on it and most of the results says that some tools other than from IBM can do it, but it's like similar in DB2 I think. SOme of the link which I looked at are here:
