I had been searching it all over and had not been very successful in fiding one. If one can refer me to a redbook, some tutorial or primer kind of a link for tuning techniques for IMS MQ application, it will be very helpful.Thanks for any help.

This is such a specialized topic that I suspect you won't get a lot of response on a forum. You might contact IBM and ask for assistance; they may want a consulting assignment to provide assistance, though.
