how to run second step first and first step next??

Hi,

Another interview question which I could not answer was - how to run second step first and first step next?? Could you please help me with answer.

Edit the JCL, swap the order of the two steps, and submit the job. JCL is a very limited language and a lot of the usual construct are not available.
