Hi,
How's the life in TCS for a mainframe programmer, can someone please share his experience in that?
Thanks in advance,

Re: TCS mainframe experience
It all depends on the project you get in. All the projects have different work culture while overall TCS culture is gives is similar. Some of the projects have good work life balance some of them not. You can ask the RMG group to know about the project you are going to get in. RMG is called 'Resource Management Group' and every candidate is assigned with an RMG. There are usually onsite opportunities in the projects but again it depends on the project. TCS overall is a good company.
