Hi i am fresher got mainframe has my domain most of ppl saying it doesn't have scope in next 7-10 years is it true?

Mainframes are not going away in that time frame for sure. If your ask is more to do with the salaries then I definitely see a need of having knowledge of other technologies along with mainframe, specially in Indian markets.

My Project manager who started his career in 2004 was telling me that he also heard the same. This is 2021 and he still wroks with mainframes. So they will stay, salary might be less but they will stay.
